Orders over $199.00 ship FREE in the lower 48 states!
We will ship to the address provided as a shipping address with the exception of PO box addresses. We are not responsible for lost shipping charges due to errors including wrong address, no mail receptacle, and other errors. Should an item be returned it is the customers responsibility to pay additional shipping charges. This of course does not apply to errors by Bakersteeltargets.com or the carrier.
Double check your address before submitting an order.
Free Shipping ships best way at the discretion of bakersteeltargets.com. For freight orders requiring additional services such as lift gate delivery or limited access delivery, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges beyond the base freight rate.
Note on Shipping: Each item will either show FedEx Home Delivery, FedEx Ground, or Standard Shipping at Checkout. Most orders will ship via FedEx Ground/Home Delivery unless otherwise stated. Some orders may still ship via USPS Priority Mail, feel free to contact ShootSteel for special shipping needs or quotes.
If you add an email to the order you will get tracking info emailed automatically. If you don't get tracking info emailed please send us an email. The tracking numbers for USPS and FedEx are all numbers, no letters.
Typical order processing takes 7-10 business days. Product ships from Saint Joe, IN. We are working hard to get orders out as fast as possible.
We do not export. We ship to the US states and territories. Sorry no sales to Canada.
Returns Policy
Returns may be made within 30 days for any reason. We honor returns for used and new products just the same. The refund will only be for the cost of the product. The refund will not include any shipping costs(to customer or return shipping). If the item has “free shipping” the price of shipping is included in the cost of the product. The return for these products will be the total minus the actual shipping costs we paid to send it out.
In a case where you placed an order but later found out there was a discount code the following would apply: If the order is still at the shop we will issue a refund. If the order has shipped in the past 7 days we will issue a store credit. Make sure you have an online account set up before asking for a refund. If you used a discount code on the original order no further discounts will be given. Be sure and check first, we run sales and discount codes all the time.
